Plain-English summary: you buy a personal licence to use ArrangeMap on your own Macs. You own everything you make with it. Do not resell or redistribute the app itself.

1. Licence

On purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ArrangeMap for your own music production, on Macs you own or control, subject to the activation limit of your licence.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the music, loops, MIDI, and arrangements you create with ArrangeMap. We claim no ownership of your output. You are responsible for having the rights to any reference tracks and samples you use.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the application; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; or circumvent the licensing.

4. Free trial

The app allows a limited free use before purchase. Continued use beyond the free allowance requires a valid licence.

5. Updates

Updates within the same major version are included. Future major versions may be offered separately.

6. Disclaimer

ArrangeMap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The analysis is a starting draft, not a guaranteed transcription.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
